I was scrolling through the literally hundreds of pics on my cell and decided to share some random pics here with accompanying stories.

The Niff is double barreling her drinks here. This is the day before her marathon in D.C. Copious amounts of water and Diet Coke do a body good. Apparently.

Fantastic shirt. And maybe it was talking about the training about downing two drinks simultaneously. Or maybe not. We'll never know.

Just an amazing structure. Insanely windy that day. Just look at the flags. Gorgeous though. I think every American should check out Washington D.C. at least once. Makes you proud of your country in a way that sneaks up on you a bit.

Awful quality, but its a cellphone pic of my 5th grade class picture - 1992 represent!!! You can maybe spot me on the left in the orange shirt, my childhood BFF Tom Chan behind the sign. For reasons unknown to Tom and I it appears the Asian Connection migrated towards each other for this picture as they all are centered near each other.

This is not as bad as it looks - ok it is. Two half pound turkey burgers (lean though!) on low calorie white bread with some sunny side eggs, and about half a sweet onion and tomato. Holy fucking shit. This was amazing. I was craving burgers like you wouldn't believe. Maybe that's because I had been watching episode after episode of Man vs. Food and he was eating burgers bigger than my head. And then Phantom Gourmet had an episode that was just about burgers. Or maybe I just wanted a couple burgers.

Currently my cellphone wallpaper. Ray is addicted to Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches. He would lick to the center if I let him but the first time brain freeze sets in for him I pull it away. He goes into a trance when he starts licking it. Who am I to deprive the little guy of his favorite treat?
